I'm building a focused practice in Singapore's commercial and industrial market: leasing, sales and investment transactions across office, retail, factory, warehouse and shophouse assets.
The approach is deal-driven. I read what a landlord actually needs out of the asset, what a tenant actually needs out of the space, and I work to match the two efficiently. When a deal moves into paperwork, I stay close to it so it closes on terms that hold up.
Choosing to focus on C&I was deliberate. The work rewards depth, not breadth. Structured, income-generating assets and business-use properties demand a sharper read of yield, tenant covenant, lease structure and operational fit than a general residential brief asks for.
I work out of SRI Pte Ltd, and my standard is simple: pick up the phone, answer the brief, and move the transaction.
